By completing the transaction you are agreeing to a binding contract with Dedicated Race Solutions as the terms are listed below.
Shipping Policy
The majority of items sold on this site are drop-shipped directly from the vendor. We make all reasonable efforts to ensure quick and efficient shipping. Some vendors require an adult signature for receipt.
Unless otherwise noted, a flat rate shipping cost of $12.99 for CONUS orders will be added to all items. Larger items (i.e wheels, engines, transmissions, turbos, superchargers) or items outside of the CONUS (Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Puerto Rico, Guam etc.) will require a manual adjustment. Please contact us before ordering.
It is the customer's responsibility to report any missing or damaged items withing 24hrs of receipt. Failure to do this lowers our success rate at fixing the problem.
Returns and Cancellation
Returns and cancellations are reviewed individually. Due to the nature of custom and performance parts, they are not guaranteed. Approved returns incur a 20% restocking fee, and approved cancellations incur a 10% fee. Custom orders cannot be returned or canceled.
An approved return will be refunded to the agreed percentage after the customer ships the item, at their expense, and is received in like new, uninstalled or damaged condition
Warranty
Due to the reality of selling for hundreds of vendors we pass on any warranty that is offered by the manufacture.
There is no warranty on performance engines
Disputes
If a dispute/chargeback is filed without reasonable attempts to contact us (Phone call, Text Message, website contact, and e-mail) There will be an immediate $2500 administration fee added to your order and we will immediately contact local law enforcement based on breech of contract with theft of Goods or Services and chargeback fraud. All legal action will be carried ot its fullest extent. Your name and city,state along with items ordered will be publicily exposed and you will be permanently banned from DRS.
